Overview

Transit Care is a new service in Lander, Wyoming that plans to launch at the beginning of 2020. They focus on providing non-emergency medical transportation for individuals living in Fremont county (Wyoming) and seeking medical care regionally. This allows access to specialists as well as allowing the patient to safely travel to and from their appointments without their loved ones needing to take the day off to travel. This is particularly beneficial for those that are unable to travel on their own or need recurring medical treatment outside of Fremont county.

We wanted to focus on an identity that would create a calm, safe feel that would make a patient or their loved ones feel like they are in good hands. At the same time, we wanted to make sure we created an identity that feels credible and trustworthy to medical providers that are partnering with Transit Care. In order to evoke those ideas, we emulated the colors of a sunrise with the calm and trustworthiness of the blue and the warmth of the pink to represent care and hope.

In order to make sure we were hitting the mark, we tested multiple rounds of our identity mockups with our audiences and refined accordingly. Below is the final identity that will roll-out in 2020.
